OUR CORE

Lounge is a lifestyle. We believe that comfort goes well beyond clothes. Our goal with Lounge With Us is to be a way of life. We aim to be a social place where women can feel comfortable in their clothes, as well as in their skin. We share stories, secrets, life hacks, and anything else that brings a sense of belonging. 

We lounge together. We believe pie is best when shared. With this, Lounge With Us places part of its focus on collaborating with other women entrepreneurs to empower them and their businesses. We also interact with our community through monthly pop-up markets, The Lounge private Facebook Group, and offering customizable in-person shopping experiences. 

THE WHAT

Lounge With Us is looking for real women in real situations to deliver real comfort through loungewear, lifestyle & longevity. 

As a space that encompasses different pockets of comfort clothing for every point in our lives, we recognize the need to showcase what that really looks like for women, which is where you could come in!

Our lounging relationship will last 3 months with the primary goal of:

• Increasing brand awareness
• Driving traffic to our luxury online boutique
• Increasing the Lounge With Us overall social media following

These primary goals will be accomplished by engaging in the following but is not limited to:

• Facebook Lives & Reels
• Instagram Lives & Reels
• Try On Sessions
• Testimonials
• Interacting in our cozy Facebook Group - The Lounge
• TikTok

Here’s the fun part. You will be featured in our Real Charleston Women Series through social media and newsletters. If not local to Charleston, you will be featured in your own Real “Your Home Town" Women Series. This is where LWU helps viewers to learn more about the real you and how comfort plays a part in your life. 

You’ll receive a complimentary look (value up to $150) each month for a total of 3 complimentary lounge-worthy looks during your term. Along with this, you will have the opportunity to receive monetary bonuses as you surpass certain sales rungs on the Lounge Ladder.

The ideal ambassador will be responsible for:

• Educating customers about LWU products
• Generate brand awareness
• Act as an authoritative figure in women’s loungewear, health, and lifestyle 
• Monitor customer feedback, escalating any complaints to LWU
• Represent LWU locally during any product launches or in-store events
• Participate in any LWU event marketing
• Utilize her personal social media accounts to promote LWU

THE WHO

We are looking for women ages 21 and up, with a social media presence of 8K+ followers... Actually, you know what? Scratch that 8K+. There shouldn't be a minimum number of followers. If you are engaging & think this sounds like you so far.. please, continue on! She must be located within the United States. She displays a clear love, passion, and enthusiasm for women's fashion and the livelihood of real women. Her enthusiasm naturally draws people in, wanting them to feel as excited about the product as she is. 

We are looking for trustworthy women who believe in our core values of beauty, compassion, and growth along with our mission to supply real women with real comfort in themselves, their clothes, and their lives.

She is authentic. Ideally she uses our products regularly & would naturally want to spread the love for lounge without any prompting. She can think independently, is outgoing, and can hold a conversation in a casual, professional way. 

She also displays unique in-person conversation skills when representing LWU during any marketing events or one on one conversations. She must be able to use her creative ability to produce fresh content and not become repetitive.

She understands how to explore new angles in which to attract new audiences.

She has a basic understanding of marketing, knows how to identify her target audience and knows how to engage with them.

She’s a quick thinker and a problem solver, with a knack for extinguishing any potential fires that may come in her way.

Our Lounge Ambassador Terms for 2023 are the following:

• March 1, 2023 - May 31, 2023
• June 1, 2023 - August 31, 2023
• September 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023
