There’s nothing quite like New York City in February — especially when it’s one degree outside and snow is piled nearly to the rooftops of parked cars. But frigid temps or not, my recent trip to NYC for the Curve show was absolutely worth every frozen fingertip.

Twice a year, I head to the iconic Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan for Curve — one of the most important lingerie trade shows in the industry. Appointments with vendors are carefully booked for several days leading up to the show, and this February’s trip was all about shopping for Fall/Winter 2026.

And let me tell you… it was a good one.

Shopping for Fall/Winter 2026

Despite the Arctic blast outside, the energy inside the show was warm and inspiring. I focused on bringing in fashion-forward pieces from some of our most-loved bra brands, including:

Each brand brought something special to the table for Fall/Winter. I selected elevated, fashion-forward pieces that balance beauty with everyday wearability — the kind of bras and intimates that make you feel amazing from the first layer out.

Chantelle debuted stunning recolorations of some of our top-selling everyday bras. It’s always exciting to see refreshed hues in tried-and-true favorites — giving customers something new without sacrificing the fit they love.

I of course loved what Aspen Dreams had to show — whimsical, cozy prints that feel both playful and effortlessly comfortable. And I also explored a few new brands to potentially welcome into the Lounge family!

Showroom Visits & Special Presentations

Beyond the convention floor, I made time for some incredible offsite appointments.

I cabbed over to Fifth Avenue to visit the Hanro showroom, where Rocco walked me through their Fall/Winter collection. Think ultra-soft fabrics, elevated loungewear, and timeless essentials that redefine comfort. Hanro never disappoints when it comes to luxurious simplicity.

One of the highlights of the trip was visiting Natori offsite for an intimate runway-style presentation. The designer herself was there, personally answering questions and explaining the inspiration behind each look as the models walked. Getting that behind-the-scenes insight into the craftsmanship, fabric choices, and design details makes the buying experience so much more meaningful — and helps me curate pieces with intention for our customers.

Snow, Style & the Best Bites

Of course, no trip to NYC is complete without incredible food. After long days of appointments and showroom visits, warming up with a delicious meal felt well-earned.

My favorite? Pineapple Fried Rice that was equal parts comforting and flavorful — the perfect antidote to the freezing temperatures outside.

And for a nightcap, I headed to Dear Irving. If you’ve never been, it’s a must. The ambiance is moody and glamorous, the cocktails are crafted to perfection, and it’s the ideal spot to toast a successful market week.

Until August…

Even with snowbanks towering over cars and nighttime temps dropping to one degree, this February trip was filled with inspiration, connection, and exciting finds for Fall/Winter 2026.

I always leave New York energized — grateful for the relationships with our brand partners and excited to bring fresh, beautiful pieces back to the Lounge.

I already can’t wait to return in August. NYC, you never disappoint!
